SONOMA, Calif. – The Sonoma Stompers Professional Baseball Club is proud to announce its third consecutive year of partnership with the Red Grape. The Red Grape provided our players post-game meals on select spring training days.
The Red Grape is a local Sonoma pizza delicacy right outside of the historical Plaza known for their thin-crust pizza. Owners Carol and Sam Morphy have created a fun and cozy community at the Red Grape completed with a classic brick oven and large patio.
“Our players love and rave about the food from the Red Grape,” assistant GM Eduardo Mora-Loera said. “After a long day of spring training play, the Red Grape provides our players quality and healthy food to get them ready for the season.”
Spring training began Wednesday, May 22 and will finish up today, Thursday, May 30. Fans can watch their Stompers in action during the season opener against Salina Stockade on Saturday, June 1 at 7:05 p.m. at Palooza Park at Arnold Field.
